We take pride in handcrafting each product with love and care. Please read our shipping terms below to understand delivery timelines and processes.
🛍 Order Processing Time
• All our products are handmade to order.
• Once we receive your payment, please allow 1–2 working days for your order to be crafted, packed, and ready for dispatch.
✈️ Express Shipping (With Tracking)
• Express shipping is available via India Post or private courier companies.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch.
• You will receive an Email/SMS notification with full tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🔄 Lost or Delayed Packages
• If a package is lost in transit, recovery can take 20–30 business days. We will assist in coordinating with the shipping partner.
• Hair Cuddles is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
→ No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
